Plant-based protein for all food applications…

The sweet lupine is a hidden star among the plant-based protein alternatives. It contains the highest share of valuable protein – up to 40 percent – in comparison with other legumes and also contains fiber and is high in minerals. In addition, its carbon footprint is more favourable than any other alternative. The lupine grows even in the sandy, hard-to-cultivate soil of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, is a soil conditioner, and produces its own fertilizer.
